Your privacy

The Hill Par 3 Golf Course keeps this simple: we collect as little as we can, use it only for scoring, and never sell it.

What we keep

• Your email address — so all your rounds are kept together and we can send you your scorecard.
• Your name and category (men, ladies, junior boy, junior girl) — for the scorecard and leaderboard.
• Your scores and the date you played.

If you add a friend's email to your group, please make sure they're happy for you to do so. Players without an email play as guests and aren't saved to a history.

What shows in public

Only if you tick "submit to the leaderboard": your name as you entered it, your best score and the date. Your email is never shown to anyone.

Emails

After a round you get one email with the scorecard. Every email has a link to stop them. We don't send marketing from this service.

Where it's stored

Scores are kept on a secure server in South Africa. While you play, your round is also kept on your own phone until it has been sent. Emails are sent through Amazon's email service.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete everything we hold about you at any time. Email sheldon@thehill.co.za and we'll sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
